Respond to client’s queries accurately (via phone, live chat, email and case management system)Process, maintain & administer HR transactions & provide support (across Talent development, Mobility, Workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, HR helpdesk, remuneration, etc.)Process movements (transfers, relocations, international mobility, organization structure changes) and leave & absence requestsProvide clarification of HR policies and proceduresManage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition planOrganize knowledge sharing sessions both within the team and cross teams
Primary Skill
sExperience of managing employee life cycle activities like Employee queries, HR Data, Workforce administration, case management, helpdesk, etc.System data entry experience (Workday, Oracle HCM, Taleo, SuccessFactors, etc.) Secondary SkillsExperience of maintaining data in excel, Pivot, V Look upGood working knowledge of MS OfficeHandle complex problems raised by client and provide solution
